SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Europe. Cost dependant on location.
All items are sent with full tracking wherever possible, although from time to time some products can't be tracked.

 

How It Works 

We've spent a long time curating the most unique homeware from around the world. When you place an order with us, your products will be produced, packaged (sustainable or recycled materials) before being delivered to you.

Estimated shipping times

Most items are delivered within 10-30 business days with the exception of products that are hand produced and can take longer. On average our customers receive their orders in 10-15 business days.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days, all delivery estimates are calculated from the day that the order was dispatched on.

IMPORTANT INFO: Due to the recent closures and Covid 19 Pandemic orders may take longer than usual to arrive and we do apologies in advance for this. 

Ordering Multiple Items

We work with many suppliers, if your order contains multiple items they are likely to be dispatched together and can take longer. This is to lower your delivery costs and carbon footprint on transportation.

Import and customs fees

Depending on your location and the location of our supplier, you may be required to pay import and customs fees on arrival into your country.

We are not responsible for any of these fees or any other associated taxes. Products returned back to us due to unpaid fees will not be refunded. If you require redelivery, a fee will apply.
